MANGO GINGER IMMUNITY PURÉE – To Boost Baby’s Immunity

Can make up to 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 mango chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger chopped into tiny pieces
  • 1/2 lime

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place the mango and ginger into the blending bowl. Squeeze the juice from 1/2 lime into the bowl.
  2. Blend, adding water until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Take out and enjoy!

BANANAS AND PEACHES PURÉE – For Sweet Goodness

Can make up to 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup bananas sliced
  • 1/4 cup nectarine cubed
  • Milk or Formula (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put the bananas and nectarine in the blending bowl.
  2. Add milk or formula, if needed, to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.

APPLE, PEAS & SPINACH PUREE – For a Powerful Punch of Nutrition

Can make up to 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup apples cubed
  • 1 cup spinach sliced and packed
  • 1 cup frozen peas 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put apples, spinach and frozen peas in the steamer basket.
  2. Pour water into the tank (level 3). 
  3. Start the cooking process.
  4. When the apples, spinach and peas are cooked, put them in the blending bowl, reserving the cooking liquid.
  5. Add some of the cooking liquid to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
